Liability Waiver

Important: Please read this Liability Waiver carefully before using Motor-Matrix. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
1. Platform Role
Motor-Matrix operates solely as a booking and matchmaking platform, currently serving drivers along the Mississippi Gulf Coast (Gulfport/Biloxi area). We connect Customers with independent Service Providers but do not provide, perform, supervise, or guarantee any automotive services. Motor-Matrix is not a party to any service agreement between Customers and Service Providers.
2. No Endorsement
Listing on Motor-Matrix does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of any Service Provider. While we review provider applications, we do not verify the accuracy of all information provided or guarantee the quality of services.
3. Service Provider Independence
Service Providers using Motor-Matrix are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Motor-Matrix. They are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, equipment, work quality, and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Assumption of Risk
By using Motor-Matrix, Customers acknowledge and accept that:
- Automotive services carry inherent risks
- Service quality depends on the individual Service Provider
- Results may vary based on vehicle condition and other factors
- They have verified the Service Provider's qualifications to their satisfaction
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motor-Matrix and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any damage to vehicles or property resulting from services
- Personal injury arising from services
- Service Provider negligence or misconduct
- Disputes between Customers and Service Providers
- Service Provider failure to appear or complete services
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
6. Insurance
As a condition of listing on Motor-Matrix, Service Providers are required to confirm they carry appropriate liability insurance at the time of registration. However, Motor-Matrix does not independently verify or monitor insurance coverage on an ongoing basis. Customers are strongly encouraged to verify a provider's current insurance status before services are performed.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding services should be resolved directly between Customers and Service Providers. Motor-Matrix may assist with communication but is not obligated to resolve disputes and has no liability for dispute outcomes.
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motor-Matrix from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform, violation of these terms, or disputes with other users.
9. Governing Law
This Liability Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any legal disputes arising from use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Acknowledgment
By creating an account or using Motor-Matrix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Liability Waiver.
